Work Together is a prototype site from LG Improvement and Development to test agile development methods and to find ways of engaging the local government sector online.
The lessons learnt will help inform the development of the Knowledge Hub a trusted learning and sharing environment across the local government sector.

The stimulus for creating SILK, the Social Innovation Lab for Kent came from a review of Kent County Council’s approach to policy making in 2007.
